The Morrison County Sheriff’s Office reports that on 10-17-2024 at approximately 1:39 am, their office received a report of an alarm at the Cave Bar & Grill located on Highway 27 approximately four miles north of Hillman, MN in Richardson Township. When deputies arrived, there was smoke coming out of the roof. The Pierz Fire Department responded and put the fire out.
According to the Sheriff’s Office, the exact cause of the fire is yet to be determined. The State Fire Marshal’s Office was notified and will be assisting in the investigation.
The Morrison County Sheriff’s Office was assisted at the scene by the Pierz Fire Department and the State Fire Marshal’s Office.
