The Geographic Information Systems (GIS) division provides mapping services to all departments at Morrison County, as well as other government agencies and the public.

The Planning and Zoning division administers county wide land use controls that guide property development and use within the unincorporated areas of the county.

Public Hearings
A public hearing with the Board of Adjustment/Planning Commission is required for a Variance, Condition Use Permit or Interim Use Permit. It is necessary to appeal to the Board of Appeal and Equalization to appeal property values and classifications

Information on all property located within 1,000 feet of lakes and 300 feet of rivers that are protected.
